Salads
Prepared salads are freshly packaged to be used within 2 days.

Bean Sprout Salad
Crisp and delicious - fresh bean sprouts mixed with thinly sliced radishes and cucumber, sprinkled with red onion - served with a soya, ginger dressing, topped with toasted sesame seeds - refreshingly delicious

Spinach Salad
Tender leaves of baby spinach, combined with fresh strawberries, orange sections, purple onion and sliced mushrooms, served with a vinaigrette, orange dressing, topped with toasted almonds.

Romaine lettuce and Baby Arugula Salad
Crisp portions of romaine, tossed with tender arugula leaves and garden vegetables. Served with honey balsamic vinaigrette, topped with sunflower seeds.

Nat’s King Coleslaw
Unforgettable in every way. A wonderful blend of sesame ginger - definitely fit for a king. (CP)

Asian Rice Noodle Salad with Coconut - Peanut Dressing
This salad can be eaten as an appetizer or even a main course. (RR)

Fresh Beet Salad with Oranges and Fried Onions
The complex flavours of sweet beets, tangy oranges and deep, dark fried onions make this salad a star.

Black Bean, Corn, and Red Pepper Salad
A great side with either fish or chicken.

French Lentil Salad with Goat Cheese
This salad will definitely lightened up any meal. Can be used as a main course lunch, an appetizer, or even as part of an antipasto

Hummus with Herbs and Spices
All the variations I’ve tried, I like this one the best. It has less tahini than most and additional herbs and scallions.

Waldorf Euphoria
Chopped apples and toasted walnuts tossed with rotini pasta in a light, creamy dressing. A slimmed-down version that isn’t packed with fat - but still delivers the same amount of taste. (CP)

Crabsolutely Fabulous Pasta Salad
A gift of crab. This creamy pasta salad with crabmeat and dill will really give you something to talk about. (CP)
