Potato Leek Thick and delicious made with fresh leaks and chucks of potatoes, simmered in a vegetable stock. One bowl just never seems enough. Gingered Carrot Carrots, onions and potatoes all simmered in a chicken broth, pureed with a hint of ginger. Chicken & Rice Plump, juicy pieces of chicken, slowly simmered in a hearty broth with a healthy assortment of seasonal vegetables, topped off with herbs - a definite must when you’re craving comfort food. Creamy Mushroom Soup Anyone who doesn’t love mushrooms will change their minds after one bowl of this soup. It’s made with a small amount of vegetable oil, reducing the amount of calories and fat, but not the sensational taste. Split Pea Soup A hearty thick pea soup gently flavoured with the tastes of Italy. Cream of Broccoli Broccoli is a nutritional powerhouse. One cup has more vitamin C than an Orange. This creamy soup is not only delicious but also extremely nutritious. Tomato Lentil Supreme A vegetable based soup, fancy enough for dinner parties or cozy evenings at home. Thai Coconut Chicken Soup A delicious and tantalizing soup combining, chicken, mushrooms, garlic and lemongrass gently simmered in a memorable broth of coconut milk. Made with light coconut milk reducing the fat and calories by 75%. Minestrone An authentic taste of Italy, combining a delicate marriage of vegetables, beans and pasta.
